Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription products and services sold by Binary Leap OÜ (Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551, Estonia), including TenantsDB, MeYou, and any associated add-ons purchased through our payment processor, Paddle.

Monthly Subscriptions

All monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. When you subscribe to a monthly plan, you are charged for the current billing period immediately. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period . You retain access to the service until then. No partial or pro-rata refunds are issued for unused days.

Annual Subscriptions

If you purchase an annual subscription and request a cancellation within 14 days of the initial purchase date, we will issue a full refund. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. No pro-rata refunds are issued for the remaining months of an annual term.

L2 Dedicated Add-ons

L2 dedicated VM add-ons are billed monthly and are non-refundable once the VM has been provisioned. If provisioning fails due to an error on our side, you will not be charged.

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly. For example, charged twice, charged after cancellation, or charged an incorrect amount, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will review and, where applicable, issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.

Free Tier

The Free tier carries no charge and is therefore not subject to this refund policy.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with:

  • Your account email address
  • The product or plan you were charged for
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.

Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/legal/buyers. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all Binary Leap transactions and may be able to assist with payment disputes.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
